I’ve been coming here for many years and I’ve never once left disappointed. The atmosphere, customer service, and the food is all top notch. I have recommended big city to all my friends that come by and visit in Austin. Will definitely continue to come back 10/10

Drove 6 hours to come try this place and honestly I would drive here again. I tried four different items and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I have tried a few bagel shops since we moved to Austin, and this hidden gem has got them all beat! My husband’s from New Jersey, and he agrees with me as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by this hidden gem doing errands. Nice, pleasant and tucked away in a quiet strip mall. Walking into Big City bagels has a quintessential small New York deli vibe. The employees were very kind and the food was great! I got a pastrami and egg breakfast bagel and it was awesome. The pastrami was not dry the bagel was crispy on the outside and fluffy soft within. A bagel sandwich at the time I went ran for just under 10 dollars but they were packed bigger than I was expecting! Definately not your average bagel place and they also prepare in a timely manner!

Love, love, LOVE these bagel sandwiches!!!! I've tried all the breakfast sandwiches and none of them will disappoint but the pastrami is my favorite! I order here omw to work at least once a week! Do yourself a favor and give them a try, you won't regret it! Even my sister and brother in law demand Big City Bagels anytime they are in town. Service is also always great! Today was Rama and I didn't catch the gentleman's name. Fantastic every time!
